Hello. Today, I will advice about diet. I think that a meal and exercise are important for diet. About a meal, the breakfast was only a cereal or two slices of bread, the lunch was a sandwich and I had enough eaten the supper. About the supper, I had enough in carbohydrates, and the fat was only chicken. Needless to say I did not eat some snacks. About exercise, I walked about 10km every day. Honestly I did not want to diet but my life changed, therefore I had to spend such a life for a month. I lost about 6kg in 20 days, but I was not able to eat a vegetable. I don’t recommend this life, but I felt that it was important things to do exercise and to stop a snack for diet. See you E2 Masa
